7. Because it is where generally peoples eyes look mostly at, so if the main thing is in one of the thirds than it will have more of an effect

b) To make it seem like it is really hot/sunny
9. Making things look dark, or so you cant tell exactly what something is - makes it mysterious
10. Low angle - Makes the character look big, powerful and intimidating
High angle - Makes the character look small, scared, weak
11. Canted in cinematography means the camera is not straight
